Accounting Standards for Not-for-Profit Organizations

The Accounting Standards Board (AcSB), with the assistance of its Not-for-Profit Organizations Advisory Committee develops accounting standards for not-for-profit organizations. An exposure draft of proposed changes to accounting standards is available here.

Accounting Standards for Government Not-for-Profit Organizations

The Public Sector Accounting Board establishes generally accepted accounting principles for governments and government organizations, including government not-for-profit organizations (GNFPOs). These organizations include government organizations in the SUCH sector (i.e., schools, universities, colleges and hospitals).
